Thats a fantastically confusing bit of art. I recognise the Swiss patent clerk; that tongue portait is well known everythere. Hilton... she's a bit harder to figure out.
She's probably not important enough. heh

The hidden meaning behind it is that 'genius' is more than 'pornolization' as einstein is obvious and hilton is a shadow.
